Finding “The Middle”

Simi Olusola-Ajayi, a 2026 graduating master’s student in HCII, has made a name for herself for innovative thinking and dedication to bridging the gap between technology and human experiences. In her Commencement address, Simi encouraged her peers to embrace the middle — the unpredictable yet profound space of growth that exists between who they thought they would be and who they are now becoming. Simi leaves an indelible mark on our community, reminding us all that the path to the future is found in the beauty of transformation.
